History
RTS was formed in 2003 by Raj Patel whilst in his second year of an Electrical Engineering degree at Birmingham University. Although his studies were demanding, Raj recognised an opportunity to develop his connections within the education sector to provide innovative technology solutions.
Working with schools and colleges was an obvious choice. They needed work completed during the holidays and Raj had long university breaks in which to plan and deliver transformational technology projects.
Growing through recommendations between educational organisations alone the company continues to develop, with recent projects requiring teams 30 strong. Although managing such numbers can present issues, projects are always delivered to the same exacting standards time and again.
Moving forward
There have been significant changes at RTS since that time and we are now more focused on flawless delivery than ever before. We have invested in and implemented online applications and collaboration platforms that enable us to work effectively, not only from our offices but from wherever we have active projects or members of the RTS team.
Collaboration is a key driver for RTS and we have worked hard to build relationships with likeminded companies and individuals, all of whom are committed to delighting their clients. This network of partners, suppliers and other progressive organisations provides deep insight into the latest technology trends and keeps RTS firmly at the cutting edge.

Sean is an award winning designer with over seven years experience designing everything from websites to corporate identities and Digital Signage content. Basically his job is to make everything look good!

As a Mechanical Engineer, Sanj loves nothing more than creating elaborate structures from Unistrut. He’s also PRINCE2 qualified so helps ensure all of our projects are managed correctly.

Brett brings over 12 years of IT industry experience to RTS. He’s delivered a variety of technology solutions to organisations ranging from small business up to entire government departments. Helpfully, he’s also Cisco qualified.
